If you help other people get what they want you will always get what you want. This is especially true if helping others is your top priority. Sometimes we don’t realize how important it is to help other people reach their goals.
It can be the receptionist at your office, a friend in another department or even the most annoying co-worker in your area. You know, the one who talks too much and asks you too many personal questions.
Take just a minute of your day to ask how they are doing, and see if there is anything you can do to help them. You might be surprised how this simple kind gesture will be well received by others. Make others feel important, and make helping them your top priority!
