Where do I submit my resume?
You can submit your resume online at www.lrsolutions.net . There is a button listed under the Jobs tab that says Submit Resume.
Do I have to apply multiple times to be considered for multiple jobs?
No. Once you have applied for a position, we will consider you for other positions based on your experience and qualifications.
Do I have to pay for LRSolutions to help me find a job?
No. As a candidate, our services are free to you.
I currently am working as a contractor and my assignment is ending soon. How soon should I contact LRSolutions?
As soon as possible. We have assignments coming in, and if you are qualified, we may be able to make an easy transition for you from one contract to another.
I worked with LRSolutions a few years ago. How do I work with you again?
You can submit your updated resume or email info@lrsolutions.net to let us know you would like to work with us again.
What geographical areas do you cover?
We cover the Northeast Ohio area.
Will you or your clients hire someone with very little experience?
Typically, our clients have specific requirements regarding experience, but it does vary. We have placed candidates with junior level experience, as it aligned with the job requirements.
How do I know whether or not a job has been filled?
If a job has been filled, it will no longer be listed on our website.
Will LRSolutions maintain my confidentiality?
Yes. We won’t send out your resume and contact information without your consent.
What if you don’t have a position for me right now?
You can always submit your resume and we will keep you in mind for future positions.
If I am hired as an employee, will I have to pass a background check and drug screen?
Yes. All new hires are required to pass a background check and drug screen.
