After a successful career in manufacturing spanning over three decades, Don joined LRSolutions, LLC shortly after its inception. As the company’s financial guru, he oversees both finances and payroll. Outside of work, Don is a doting grandfather to nine grandchildren, loving dad to two dogs, a passionate gardener, a train enthusiast, and a skilled woodworker.
